heard this today....

i've been a van morrison fan since i first saw and heard of him, dublin spring 1986, in the rain, for an event to highlight irish umemployment, self aid- make it work. the bill starred every major and minor irish singer/comedian at the time. but van the man blew me away!! *more on self aid 20 yrs later*

quite a few years later this song caught my attention when i saw immediate family on tv. there's a great scene in the movie with the two "mother" characters singing this song....i immediately knew i needed van the man in my collection of cds.
